We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Standard shipping is $21.00 and takes 14-21 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, bare with us, as we like to be as accurate as possible, so please allow 14-21 business days for us to receive, process, and respond to your exchange. Depending on what part of the world you’re in, it may take more or less time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. If no tracking number has been sent your order has not been shipped just yet. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with DHL.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

After your purchase with us a confirmation email with the details of your order are sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete. You will see a page that says "Thank you for your order, here is your order number." Your email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I use a gift card online?

We do apologize because all major credit cards are accepted but we do not accept any gift cards.

What is Future Pay?

FuturePay is a payment option that lets my customers buy now and pay later – without a credit card. By putting purchases on a FuturePay tab, my customers can check out in one easy step.

I've just placed my order. Can I change it?

We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time makes it very difficult to change or cancel your order but please contact us and we will try our best.

How do I return my items?

Please be sure to read our store policy before sending items back to make sure they are eligible to be returned ( BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, ACCESSORIES, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. ) Click on Store policy and print out the return/exchange form, fill it out and send it back to the address on the bottom of the form. We do suggest you send the items back with a tracking number as we are not held liable for packages that are lost in transit on its way back to us.

Have you received my returned items? How long does it take to show in my account?

First off, thank you for shopping with us. Second, we have an EXCHANGE ONLY return policy. It’s that simple folks, all sale items are final sale, and our apologies but shipping fees are non-refundable. The good news is, you have up to 14 days after you make your purchase, to decide if you want to return, and even better, if you send your purchase back to us in brand new condition, with its original packaging, we will approve your exchange, and issue you a store credit. Other non-returnable items include: Gift cards, and novelty items (accessories, cleaning products), in a nutshell, anything other than footwear.

Also don’t forget to complete your exchange we will need your original receipt, and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, leave that to us, if you have any defects or quality issues, just let us know by sending us an email or leave a note in your package when you return. We love feedback, from our shoppers… be nice, were human too.

Should we approve your exchange we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and if we are able to approval your exchange.

What is your store policy?

Regular Priced Items bought on will gladly be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged.

Exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you.

In the event of an exchange, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable.

All SALE items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
